On this page we deal with some of the common queries with regards to our repairs.

How long does a repair take?

This depends on the extent of the damage and the location of the damage on your Vehicle. However most repairs take between 2-3hrs to complete and we aim to complete all repairs within a day. If we feel the repairs may take longer ie. we need to repair more than one area or the repairs are more of a bodyshop nature then we can advise when quoting.

Can you match the colour ok?

We can match all types of colours by using the colour code that is on the vehicle and our computerised mixing scheme. As the most common colours are metallic or pearl effect these present no problem.

What if the weathers poor?

Only the most inclement weather conditions will prevent an onsite repair taking place. We have Smart repair shelters which we can use if required. If the weather is very bad we will ring you before the repair is due to take place and arrange another time to do the repair.

How much does a repair cost?

As we deal with a vast array of damage etc to all different makes and models of Vehicle the price can vary depending on the previously mentioned factors. Once we have received your enquiry as long as you have included as much detail as possible then we will be able to give you an accurate quotation.

Are you a Franchise?

We are totally independent which enables us to choose the products that we feel will ensure that your vehicle is repaired to the best possible standards. We also do not have to pay any fees etc to a third party which also keeps our costs down enabling our prices to be as competitive as possible.

How can i pay ?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. Cheques are accepted at our discretion.

Credit cards accept a small charge to cover our banking costs ( typically 3% of the invoice total )



Please supply your contact details, make and model of your car and a short description of the damage. You can include photos if you wish - please don’t zoom in too much on the damaged area. We need to be able to see how big the damaged area is in relation to the whole vehicle in order to be able to give an accurate quote.
